State Beauty Supply only ships within our designated territory. If you have a question as to whether or not you are in our territory, please call us at 314.423.9599.

Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for you and cannot be modified through your online account. To modify your shipping address, please contact our Support Team at 314.423.9599.

Shipping Rates

All orders shipped from our warehouse have a flat shipping rate of $13.50 for the first three boxes of an order. Every additional box after the first three will have a $2.50 charge per box. For example, if your order contains five boxes, your shipping charge will be $18.50.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account page, or contact us at 314.423.9599.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary from 2-4 business days, depending on the time the order is placed. Any orders placed on Friday after 10am, will not be processed till the following Monday. Once an order is processed and packed, order will ship and arrive in 2-4 business days.

Order Tracking

You can view the status and tracking (if applicable) for your order by selecting "My Orders" on the account dashboard. Please contact our Support Team at 314.423.9599 for any further questions.

Buy Online Pickup In-Store

Please allow at least 2 hours for orders to be processed. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for pickup. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following business day. Please note that on sale days, online pickup orders may not be ready for same-day pickup.

If an order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be credited, and the items will be restocked. Before processing the credit, a team member will attempt to contact the customer. Please contact the store selected with any questions in regard to your order.
